It blends the refinement of our studio’s signature aesthetic with a streamlined, approachable process giving you expert guidance, clear direction, and a thoughtfully edited plan for your space.
You’ll receive a personalized design plan crafted with the same care, intention, and attention to detail we bring to our luxury residential projects. Every selection is chosen to reflect your lifestyle, your desired investment, and the way you want your home to feel.
This service empowers you with a curated roadmap — complete with layouts, furnishings, finishes, 3D renderings and styling recommendations — so you can bring your space to life at your own pace and within your budget, without sacrificing beauty or quality.
Investment: Starting at $3900 per room*
*A reduced rate is extended for projects involving two rooms or more.
This service cannot be used for construction projects such as kitchens or bathrooms.

What You’ll Receive

Your investment includes a fully curated design plan tailored to your space, complete with a beautiful 3D rendering to help you visualize the finished room, floor plans, selections, and styling guidance. This streamlined service delivers the expertise of our studio in an accessible, easy to implement format. Your package includes:

• A 25 minute Design Study Call- A video call where we review your goals, design aesthetic, and Pinterest inspiration. This call ensures we understand your vision from the start, streamline decision making, and create a design plan that feels perfectly aligned with your needs.
• Curated Furnishings & Selections- A handpicked assortment of furniture, lighting, and décor chosen specifically for your space.
• Detailed Floor Plan & Layout- A clear, easy to follow dimensioned layout showing how each piece fits and functions within your room.
• 3D Rendering- A lifelike picture showcasing all materials, lighting, and furnishings in your space helping you to clearly visualize the final design.
• Video Call: Design Presentation- A 30 minute zoom call to review your design plan, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident moving forward with implementation.
• Online Portal Access- A private online portal where you can view your full shopping list and instantly access direct links to every recommended item. You can shop confidently, compare options and bring your design to life at your own pace.

How it works

1. Project Kick Off: Complete our design questionnaire and share photos, measurements, and inspiration. This gives us a clear understanding of your space, your style, and how you want your home to feel.
2. Design Study & Direction: We review your materials and refine the vision for your space. We will schedule a 25 minute zoom call to discuss overall goals and ensure we’re aligned before the full concept is developed.
3. Your Curated Design Plan: We create a personalized, thoughtfully crafted design concept — including furnishings, finishes, layouts, 3D renderings and styling notes — tailored to your home and lifestyle. Typical turn-around time: 4-6 weeks
4. Review & Refine: You’ll have the opportunity to review your design plan with us virtually and request 3 selection adjustments. We refine the details so everything feels cohesive and just right.
5. Implement With Confidence: With your curated plan in hand, you can shop, install, and style your space at your own pace.
